These can be the toughest Mediations due to the very personal nature of most of the issues.
Should I not be the right person for the job, (whatever the reason) I have an excellent colleague in the Workplace area and I will be happy to refer you – as with Commercial and Family, determining whether mediation is the appropriate forum is the first step. Initial meetings with each participant may be held to make that determination.
MEDIATION FEES (if mediation done by me):
Initial meeting (by phone or in person) – NO CHARGE. $290 per hour (prepaid, split between parties unless otherwise agreed) plus any agreed upon expenses e.g. room rentals. Minimum 3 hours (Including 1-hour review and preparation time – additional hours billed as above, upon agreement of the parties).
